Evergreen Labs tuyển dụng [ReForm Plastic] Franchise Manager (Full-time)

- Coordinate with Manager Director to implement ReForm Plastic franchise process from beginning
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with Franchisee and stakeholders
- Support on mechanical and technical side for machine installation, testing and trial production at Franchisee factory
- Worked cross-functionally with suppliers, marketing, human resources, and legal to support the Franchisee
- Proactively communicate with Franchisees, regularly, to uphold franchise brand standards
- Communicate clearly the progress on daily basis to ReForm and Franchisee management
- Manage Franchise contracts, agreements, and renewals
- Contribution to research and product development

• Mandatory Requirement:
- Vietnamese who have international work experience and/or education abroad
- Advance verbal and written English & Vietnamese communication skills;
- Good technical understanding in engineering, machinery and materials
- Reliability and strong project management skills
- Proven ability to lead and drive projects
• Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years professional working experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to sort out distractions and prioritize tasks to achieve objectives
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proven process to ensure data accuracy
- Basics in technical software application AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. for factory layout and product design
