Project Analyst (Entry Level)
Mô tả công việc
- For Reform Plastic project (50%)
- Support on Reform Plastic activities: report of HR status & factory operation on a daily basis, travel to factory, translation, procurement upon request.
- Work closely with your supervisor - Franchise Manager - to support franchising activities (including documentation, procurement) upon request.
- For other projects (50%)
- Facilitate effective communication between two parties by Vietnamese and English and translate if necessary.
- Translation of documentation, reports or any other necessary work
- Sourcing and procurement upon request by Project Manager/Associate
- Conduct desk research or in-field data collection in both English and Vietnamese
- Interpret data and analyze results to draft reports for review

- Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English languages - both written and verbal with good translation ability
- Experience: Not required, this is an entry-level position

Project Associate (Full-Time)
Mô tả công việc
- Leading EGL's project(s) with support of your supervisor to deliver the best outcomes
- Working and coordinating professionally with external stakeholders including government & businesses
- Communicate frequently with internal team and stakeholders
- Project management support including stakeholder & donor reporting
- Follow and implement project plans and deliverables
- Conduct primary and secondary desk research in both English and Vietnamese
- In-field data collection with the team to acquire primary research data including stakeholder interviews, surveys, etc.
- Interpret data and analyze results to draft written reports for review
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize the efficiency and quality of the data collection
- Identify new business opportunities
- Other tasks to be discussed in the interview

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least two years of work experience in professional work setting
- Experience in sustainability and waste management (preferred)
- Strong problem solving skill
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
