- Leading EGL's project(s) with support of your supervisor to deliver the best outcomes
- Working and coordinating professionally with external stakeholders including government & businesses
- Communicate frequently with internal team and stakeholders
- Project management support including stakeholder & donor reporting
- Follow and implement project plans and deliverables
- Conduct primary and secondary desk research in both English and Vietnamese
- In-field data collection with the team to acquire primary research data including stakeholder interviews, surveys, etc.
- Interpret data and analyze results to draft written reports for review
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize the efficiency and quality of the data collection
- Identify new business opportunities

- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English languages - both written and verbal
- At least two years of work experience in professional work setting
- Experience in sustainability and waste management (preferred)
- Strong problem solving skill
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated knowledge of research and analysis tools/methods
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Able to coordinate and work with a small team
