- Overall management of daily facility operations to ensure the proper production and good quality product
- Production plan according to order schedule
- Operating glass bottled water production lines according to SOPs
- Ensure the hygiene of the facility, machines and equipment according to SOPs
- Reporting on daily basis to management team
- Coordinate with all related team (customer service, HR, etc.) and attend weekly meetings
