• Complete requirement analysis and create PRD.
• Define product release scope and roadmap.
• Define and track release plan.
• Work with product development teams to complete feature UI and logic design.
• Work closely with all related teams such as design, development, testing, documentation teams during development process to make sure the features delivered can satisfy customer needs.
• Perform product demos to field teams.
• Collect product feedback and keep improving the product.

• Working 5 days a week, Saturday & Sunday off.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related majors.

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to focus on details, multitask and work well under pressure.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative.
• Knowing Japanese is an advantage.
