Job Description:
As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at CrossFit Harbour, your primary objective is to increase client Length of Engagement (LEG)/Retention through proactive engagement and support throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for ensuring our members feel valued, supported, and engaged at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate directly with members via email, social media and in person.
• Ensure member satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
• Order gifts and cards to celebrate member’s milestones in life and at the gym.
• Attend classes and take photos.
• Order and keep track of materials.
• Supervise cleaning staff and contractors to maintain a welcoming environment for clients.
• Coordinate events held at the gym.
• Input data from our booking software into spreadsheets.
• Keep track of memberships and payment.
• Various office tasks.
