- Gather and elicit business and system requirements from clients;

- Manage project, assign rights tasks to the right positions

- Assist client in defining requirements and suggesting ideas;

- Research to get business concepts, and business objectives and write business requirements and technical specifications;

- Manage the requirements throughout the product development cycle;

- Visualize or design mockup based on requirements;

- Consult ideas and write instructional documents for the development team;

- Assist internal team in knowledge transfer of existing system;

- Verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled in the package before delivering to a client;

- Support in user acceptance testing, verifying bugs/ issues with clients;

- Write user guide, and training document and conduct training for clients.

- Salary commensurate with ability. Evaluated the quality and level of job completion 2 times/ 1 year;

- Insurance according to state regulations, 12 days off/year;

- At least 1-year experience in Business Analyst or equivalent position;

- Experience in software is a plus;

- Capacity to handle multiple tasks & prioritize effectively
