• Responsible of the daily organization of the Bakery & Restaurant
- Manage the sales/waiters team
- Make roster for team
- Responsible of the daily purchasing / stock for bar ingredients
- Control the daily billing of the shops
- Make sure well function of the shop’s daily activities
• Responsible of the guest satisfaction.
- Ensure guest satisfaction for the service
- Engage & Establish good public relations with all guests
- Ensure service quality oriented guest centric for the team to maintain a good reputation of the Company
• Working time: 8hours/day, 5.5 days/week.
• Salary: 10 mil - 12 mil (to be discussed based on experience) + meal allowance 50k/day + monthly bonus
