1.1 Reception:
- Greet clients, and visitors and direct them to desired contacts.
- Take messages when the call receiver is not available.
- Manage incoming mail/stationery and outgoing mail effectively to ensure proper of their charges of expenses.
1.2 Administration:
- Make office expense payments.
- Arrange cars/taxis for employees to visit customers.
- Monitor the drinking water of the office, keep records and verify the bills.
1.3 Event organization: Birthday Party, Christmas, New Year Party, etc…

- Working time is only 5 days/week (from Monday to Friday).
- 13th month salary, annual salary increase, year-end bonus according to annual performance evaluation.
- Allowance for lunch, phone, computer work.
- Teambuilding top level domestically and internationally; company sponsored when traveling in groups.

- Major: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, English, Chinese or related majors…
- A strong desire to work in HR & Admin.
- Teamwork skill, hardworking, careful and willing to learn.
- Can communicate in English or Chinese.
- Can use office equipment, good at unsing Microsoft Office.
