- Carrie out the technical delivery of the project.and assumes responsibility for the technical delivery KPI achievement of the project
- Manage operates and delivery routine optimization and special optimization projects of GSM.UMTS and LTE wireless networks. Manage the network optimization team on site and provides guidance for local engineers
- Skillfully use network optimization analysis software tools such as TEMS/signaling analysis software to independently optimize the wireless network modify parameters perform data analysis and output network optimization reports network rectification measures and network adjustment solutions
- Acts as the contact person for expert support.and tracks and solves major network optimization technical problems on site
- Be able to independently carry out customer-related technical exchanges and training
