- Greeting and guiding the group of VIP, external/ internal, Sol card, voucher, and other guests;
- Executing service recovery activities at Sun World Ba Na Hills;
- Receiving and handling feedback from guests and responding to service information on the channels: Hotline, Fan page, Email;
- Handing the urgent cases that were happening at the Park;
- Manage and control the whole of public info channels that belong to Sun World Ba Na Hills: hotline, fan page, email;
- -Doing the customer experience enhancement programs;
- Other tasks assigned by managers.
