Mô tả công việc

- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Searching and source potential suppliers and vendors.
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
- Adhere to laws, rules and regulations…

Yêu cầu công việc

- BA in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar relevant field.
- Previous working experience in a Purchasing Management for at least 2 years.
- Hands on experience in budgeting and purchasing management.
- Outstanding negotiation, organizational and time management skills.
- Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good English.
