- Facilitate effective communication between two parties that do not speak a similar language by converting spoken and written English to Vietnamese
- Translation of documentation, reports or any other necessary work
- Sourcing and procurement per request by Project Manager/associate
- Conduct primary and secondary desk research in both English and Vietnamese
- In-field data collection with the team to acquire primary research data including stakeholder interviews, surveys, etc.
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, printouts, articles, etc.
- Interpret data and analyze results to draft reports for review
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize the efficiency and quality of the data collection

- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English languages - both written and verbal
- Strong translation skills between English and Vietnamese
- At least one year of work experience in professional work setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated knowledge of research and analysis tools / methods
