- Engage with new prospective customers and represent the company
- Define business requirements via comprehensive investigation and gathering of customer operation & processes
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of available solutions and services in order to make thorough and accurate presentations to customers and tailoring it to client-specific needs
- Negotiate and close deals, manage and develop customer relationships to achieve sales goals within an assigned account
- Provide support for market research to identify selling possibilities, detailed knowledge of customers and competitors, evaluate customer needs and feasibility of growth opportunities
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing and follow up on a variety of pro-active sales activities
