Support HR Managers to implement human resource matters related to their department.
Monitor and review HR Executive’s tasks.
Support HR Manager to perform regular performance appraisals.
Liaise closely with the Finance department for the monthly insurance & payroll to ensure that the payment is on time.
Maintain comprehensive records for each employee at the golf club containing their contact details, attendance record, training received, salary and level, annual leave entitlement, and performance review.
Work with transportation suppliers for the service, contract renewal or complaint
Work with Cadena & department heads for checking and maintaining the system to ensure that it can run well and effectively.
Organize the monthly and yearly staff activities.
Monitor any amendments to current human resource-related legislation advising the HR Manager of any amendments required to the clubs' human resource practices.
Work with Social Insurance Agency monthly on issues of books, cards, and employee benefits.
Monitor and check the work schedule of departments then check valid time sheets on Cadena monthly, follow up employee leave days, and seniority.
Update resign information and follow related procedures.
