- Oversees employees well being within the organization
- Recruitment of new staff including developing job descriptions, interviews, and onboarding
- Monitoring employee performance
- Prepare and manage all employee contracts and related administration
- Facilitating any employee disputes or issues
- Handling employee time off including sick leave and holiday requests
- Answering to employee inquiries regarding work
- Supporting team's development through the creation of training programs and initiatives within the organization
- Strong representative of the company culture
- Getting resignations or firing employees when needed
- Writing reports analysing team's performance and HR data (time off, turnover rate, etc)
