Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating.
- Cook and prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain the quality and consistency of food preparation.
- Kitchen Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Support the Chef de Partie in supervising junior kitchen staff.
