- Handle all B2B and B2C customers of all projects developed by Evergreen Labs 
- Coordinate with the team and stakeholders for quality control, ensure products/services are delivered with good quality and on time 
- Using a CRM system to manage all customer inquiries, orders, invoices, etc. 
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales 
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling. 
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. 
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them accordingly. 
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly. 
- Writing reports analysing the customer orders, sales and leads
