- Handle of B2B and B2C customer orders of projects developed by Evergreen Labs.
- Coordinate with the team, quality control to make sure it is delivered with good quality and on time.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them accordingly.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
