We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Gypsy Da Nang. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of a specific section of our menu (e.g., appetizers, desserts, pasta, etc.) ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently prepared and presented to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Execution:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
- Assist in menu development and testing of new dishes.
- Kitchen Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Assist with the supervision of kitchen staff during service.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen staff.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members.
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Guest Satisfaction:
- Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality food and service.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
