We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Captain to lead our front-of-house team at The Gypsy Da Nang. The Captain is responsible for overseeing the overall guest experience, ensuring smooth and efficient service, and maximizing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service:
- Supervise and guide the waitstaff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to all guests.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Assist with table assignments and seating arrangements.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Manage guest expectations and exceed their expectations whenever possible.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the waitstaff team.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
- Ensure adherence to restaurant policies and procedures.
- Restaurant Operations:
- Assist with the smooth and efficient flow of service during peak periods.
- Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Assist with inventory management of front-of-house supplies.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and kitchen staff.
- Provide constructive feedback to waitstaff on their performance.
